Yuen Lee Engineering Works Company was formed and converted to Yuen Lee 
Engineering Pte Ltd in 1972 and converted to Yen Lee Holdings Pte Ltd in 1994.

1972

Yen Lee Industrial Suppliers Pte Ltd was formed.

1980

Yuen Lee Industries Pte Ltd was formed.

1982

Yen Lee Parts & Machinery Pte Ltd was formed.
Yen Lee Fireweld Pte Ltd was formed.

1976

Recognised by the British Trade Commision as one of the largest importer and stockist of British hand-made tools. Was subsequently selected to represent Singapore in a trade mission conference in United Kingdom.

1994

Certificate of Achievement "Million Dollars Sales" from King's Shoe Manufacturing Pte Ltd.

1998

Received Singapore SME Top 500 companies award.

2000

Received Singapore SME Top 500 companies award.

2003

Received Singapore SME Top 500 companies award.
